Bell or Rogers....

So, if I were to get high speed internet, which one should I get?

If those who have been to my apartment can remember the layout, my cable jack is (perversely) directly behind my computer and my phone jack is behind my TV. Also, a line splitter doesn't seem to work on my phone line, although that maybe an issue with my cordless.

I will say that Bell has screwed me over more on the phone than Rogers has on cable, but then cable is probably more straightforward.
