Sep. 15th, 2006 09:24 amYesterday, one of the account executives at work rallied the management on people's cases for not answering the phones at lunch hour. Apparently, they are unfamiliar with how to call the general line or oh... leaving a message on voicemail. This boss wants to increase his prestige by stepping on the people under him.
Sure, it's not at the George Bush-level of two-faced BS, but then I don't have to work with Bush.
On a related note, I sent my resume out to a few good job opportunities.
Better news came this morning when I got an email from the University of Wales saying they were sending over the contributor's contract for their book of Robin Hood conference papers. (Mine is from the 1999 conference.)
