Robin Hood Robbed?
Aug. 28th, 2006 09:32 amYou know, the irony is delicious.
The original Daily Mirror report was very sensationalistic, suggesting the whole show will be scrapped. The BBC report makes it seem like a minor incident.

My gut reaction is that the initial Mirror report overstated things a bit, but these days there's little difference between major news organizations and tabloids.
And I wonder if the way this story was positioned in such a way as to increase its visibility, and therefore draw attention to the new series.
I know - I have this problem trusting authority figures. It's so un-Robin Hood of me, isn't it?
